I spent 15 years buying for New Look, Debenhams, Arcadia and M&Co, and more recently as Head of Buying for a family-owned department store. I have sat on both sides of the buying table and I know what makes a range work commercially. Now I bring that knowledge to independent businesses, in a way that is practical, personal and built around where you actually are.

One focused hour to get clear on where you are and what to do next.
If you are not sure where to start, or you have a specific challenge you want to work through, the Power Hour gives you one dedicated hour of expert buying advice with a clear action plan to leave with. Most clients use it as their first step, and many go on to the Partnership from there.
The Curated Partnership
Ongoing monthly support to work through the full framework, stage by stage.
The Partnership is how most clients experience the Curated Method properly. We work through the framework together over time, defining your strategy, building your range, strengthening your supplier relationships and reviewing performance each season. Two sessions per month, WhatsApp support between them, and a trusted expert in your corner throughout.

Sometimes a specific stage needs more than a session. Bespoke work drops into whichever part of the process needs the most attention.
